I think you should let it be for now, regardless if it is ocd it seems torturous to let your life revolve around this anxiety, I know it doesn't feel like much but your a great person and ahold be able to enjoy your life with whoever and however it is :)

Im trying so hard not to. How do i fight the urge?! Thank you for your kind words i keep freaking telling myself this as well but im still stuck trying not to msg him. :(

Well ask yourself what does that person represent? Is it that u feel they make u better, they are special etc. how can u get that in yourself? What are u doing - how can u make u more like what yr trying to get. If it’s something else then give yrself 4 days from now to call if yr obsessed- not so instant gratification. Then see 4 days more.

I know it is hard If it helps just acknowledge it's normal to feel that way okay, you can always talk to them later and things will be all be okay :)
