What’s the best way to deal with Intrusive thought
I get intrusive thoughts of “What if I jump off this 3 story balcony” or what If I jump off a Cruise Ship” I usually just let it sit there til it fades away I’m not sure if it’s Suicidal OCD because I only get the thoughts like every now and then and not like all the time so I’m not sure if I should start ERP for it , I’m so confused wether it’s developing into OCD or just Intrusive thought, what it sound like to you?
