Perfectionism
I've this subtype of OCD in which I need my schedule to be just Perfect,(Perfectionism OCD) I actually feel anxious when it isn't that way. Say I've a few things planned out for the day, than my OCD tells me for it to be in a Perfect order, and until everything doesn't have clarity, I feel a*xious. Any tips for dealing with this?
