OCD making you feel like you like the thought
Im little calmer now then yesterday so i can think about what i write. So i read about ocd and people say ocd can make you feel like you want the thought to happen, my question is in my situation having Suicidal Ocd, how i can decide if ocd makes me feel like i want to do that/why i could do that, or its the real suicidal thoughts/ideations? This is what i thinked now, if ocd makes you think like you want that thought, then it can make you think why you could do that why is okay and makes you feel like its okay, then after that you realize what you thought and you feel guilty. Am I right or no?
