Anxiety
After a heavy compulsion, my anxiety creeped up slowly and now I’m back to how I was before therapy(high anxiety). Have to force myself to eat in the am and when I do I feel like I want to vomit. Why does anxiety come back up?? Also, I don’t think I’m in fear of my thoughts. Why am I not fearing like they say that happens when you compulse? Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
