Somatic OCD about breathing
Hi!! Anyone have any tips for somatic / sensorimotor OCD? A week or two ago, I was doing meditation and the guided meditation said to focus on the cool air entering your mouth/nose, so I noticed the cool air like entering my mouth/back of my throat area. But, then I couldn’t stop noticing it and it started making me feel squeamish. It comes & goes but I hate being really aware of my breathing. Any tips??
