The fight is real bro. The more you obsess shout it the stronger the thought gets...do exposures... maybe you dont love him and need to break up and maybe you do love him and happy moments will return. Accepting uncertainty is tough.
Nothing works for me… I still test myself but at this point I don’t know what to do. I love my partner alot still. I want to stay bc I know if I truly wanted to go I would’ve done it ages ago…. I try sending him breaking up messages but erase them I just want my happy moments back…. My relationship is gonna die…

All sounds like ocd. Peeps without it don't spend all there time trying to work out if they love there partner or not. They just know! Whether we do or not I think is irrelevant. It's more a case of if you can cope with living with it.
@Robbiex When I don’t think and obsess I know I truly love him but it doesn’t seem it will be that way again… I don’t know if I convinced myself that I feel this way. I hold him and kiss him still.. I still say I love you. I have this feeling that if i told him then my feelings for him would come back like before again. How bad can ROCD get… like seriously can it convince you you don’t love someone the same way anymore… can it convince you the issues in the relationship are unsolvable even though you wanna fix them bc they can be solved? Can ROCD convince you that you wanna break up. Can ROCD convince you if you don’t have intrusive thoughts that you found your truth… 😞 all thoses moments of true happiness… the cuddles the kisses the I love yous I did… they just were a lie… I cry and cry bc I don’t want to end it but right now I can’t cry bc I feel nothing and that by itself convinces me I am no longer in love… 😢💔
