Anyone else had ocd about wondering if your partner r word you ? Like certain things happen during me and my partner sex that I question and wonder if itās r word and bothers me throughout the day and itās awful . I love my bf but what if what if what if . Ik āwhat ifā is an ocd thing but what really if ?ššššš
Yes been there before. Something as simple as a misunderstanding in bed Iāll think about a lot
@virgo! For me itās sometimes I say wait or stop and he doesnāt right away . Like he does but heāll get a few strokes in then stop or I have to tell him more than once but he does stop . He never held me down or forced me . I think he just gets rowdy but this is awful to deal with .
@Tiredoflife Heyy sorry to barge in here too. I had the exact same experience. I spoke to a professional and they told me if they are looking at you and can physically hear you say and see āstop. I donāt want thisā (or any form of STOP) and they continue ā¦ then itās a problem. For me my ex did not physically hear me and was not able to acknowledge me. So it was not r word. Iād suggest for you that in the future, if you wish for him to stopā¦ make sure heās looking at you or tap him or something to get his attention and then tell him. Iām hoping heās a decent enough guy to listen. If not. You will 100% not be to blame. I promise. And you would not be in trouble either. If this has caused any distress Iām very sorry. I am trying to help without causing distress.
@Myheadhurts35 Also. Can I add. Itās perfectly, 10000% okay to say stop. To anything. For any reason. And your partner should understand
@Myheadhurts35 He does stop but he likes to stroke a few times then stop . I donāt think he ever just kept going fully when I say stop or wait . I mean he stops but not right when I say stop. I hope thatās not r word . I never had to fight my way off him or heās never held me down when I said stop .
@Myheadhurts35 But everything seems so foggy in my head that idk what to do anymore . Like I could be over exaggerating since Iām constantly thinking about it . Making it seem worse than what it is .

I donāt want to trigger you with this so if your easily triggered please please please donāt read this and please know it is just ocd. But Iāve had it like the other way round. Believing that I r worded my partner. Itās horrible

@Tiredoflife Iām so sorry your going through this. I had this about my partner too but it quickly switched to me. Take this how you wishā¦ but after weeks and hours of obsessing I now know and trust that I did not r word him. I know how unbearably real it can feel and I am sorry. It does get better. 17+ no below that or blocked ā- What kind of theme is it, when your bf does something to you physically, but then you get worried that what if your bf did something actually really wrong to you physically, but you know he didnāt do anything wrong but your brain keeps saying that he did, so you have to make sure he didnāt or try to relieve it by proving it to not be true
TMI!! Hey everyone, I was coming on here to ask if anyone has experienced this before! Im in an amazing relationship with my boyfriend so in this post I wanted to ask this question because this is how it felt to me! I remembered earlier today I was watching this movie, etc. and there was this spicy scene in it (iykyk) and it got me feeling some sort of way. This has happened before especially if Iāve played a game or watched a show with some content like this. I felt really in the mood and started to imagine my boyfriend and I doing those things together and I sort of decided to (yanno, the m word) hopefully everyone understands because I just donāt like saying the wordš, but I found that every time I do that, thatās when my ocd is at its worst/peak. Every time my mind has tried to convince me Iāve cheated, when I self pleasure. I get in the mood if I think of my boyfriend and I doing those things I see in movies, shows etc, and thatās when Iāll do it, But literally I realized after Iāve done that at times my ocd is at its worst because my mind will attack me constantly asking āIs this cheating? Does this make me a horrible girlfriend?ā If I self pleasure, I also want to add that I mentioned it to my boyfriend at one time and he told me it wasnāt at all and that everything is okay, but constantly I feel guilty for it and extremely horrible. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this?
Hi everyone, Iāve already been diagnosed with OCD, and I strongly suspect that Iāve developed a ROCD pattern. I wanted to share a specific situation that just wonāt leave me alone ā even though itās objectively been cleared up. Iām in a relationship with a man who is, by nature, a very transparent, honest, and loyal person. Rationally, I know I can trust him. Recently, he got a phone call while I was with him. I asked him to check who it was. He hesitated briefly and then checked kind of slowly ā the number wasnāt saved. To me, the whole thing just felt a bit strange. It didnāt seem like āopen behavior,ā even though he told me afterward that he simply didnāt have the energy to deal with it, since he had generally had a bad day. The problem is: Even after this explanation ā which makes sense ā the thoughts wonāt go away. I keep replaying the situation in my head, analyzing his reaction, wondering if that hesitation meant something ā even though I know he didnāt do anything wrong. I feel like I need to bring it up again to feel at ease. But I also know that would only bring temporary relief, and then the cycle would start all over again. It feels just like other OCD loops ā only this time, itās centered around my relationship. Have any of you experienced something like this? How do you stop yourself from falling into the reassurance trap over and over again? I donāt want to overwhelm or hurt my partner unnecessarily ā I just want to learn how to manage this inner tension better. did it sound like ocd?? Rocd?? Thanks for reading.
