Sometimes…
It takes me a while to get courage to share things that people did that upset me or I’m concerned about. Once I do, sometimes my concerns are dismissed as “non issues.” When they are legitimate (not intrusive thoughts). But shortly after that point, my ocd does come in saying, “I should apologize I was mean or in the wrong.” When deep down I know I’m allowed to have those feelings and they shouldn’t be dismissed. Not sure if it’s really an ocd issue as much as self esteem. But I’m upset and lonely bc of a situation like this tonight. Does anyone else ever have a situation like that? Thanks for reading.
