I need tips for hard days
I was doing really well for about two ish+ weeks, but now my OCD has come back full force and idk if I actually want to die or not. I don't think I do, but my OCD is really, really bad, and I know it's been bad before, but I just can't let it go, I can't stop arguing with it yk? I also feel massively disconnected from myself and my values.nWhat can I do to feel better today, BECUASE I deserve to feel better than this. How can I let go?
