I don’t feel anything for guys anymore. I used To. Although that feels like a lie. I feel nothing. I just feel numb then I get anxiety. I don’t know if it’s because of hocd, being on my meds for a week now. But I hate it. I feel nothing. At all. And it makes it seem even more real. It’s upsetting me.

I use to have this! And it was the best feeling for me because I wouldn’t be hurt anymore because of how sensitive I am. I felt on top of the work like nothing could hurt me. Then I met a boy who I feel deeply in love with and all of a sudden all my feelings came poring in I felt emotional and it’s like I was alive again and it was the best feeling ever. I never wanted to feel like I was numb again but I’m slowly going back to that dark place :( I’m struggling with severe anxiety and I’m going through postpartum depression/ anxiety so it makes it worse. 😓

Holy crap, I'm sorry. I've only been with it for 5 months and my attraction stopped about a month or two ago.

@Headwontstop🤍 Exactly. It sucks when it makes you question if you were even attracted to the opposite sex, and then makes you think you were attracted to the same sex. It makes it worse, cause it feels like an awakening.

I have taken it for about 2-3 months. I dont have panick attacks anymore, but otherwise I haven't notice the change. I have talked to My psychiatrist and she said that sometimes you dont notice the change. Okay I have less anxiety but my depression and ocd is the same. Maybe My depression is even worse that before. I would like to try sertralin. But idk.

Hi so I've been having a recent theme of soocd hocd. At the start I was all panicked and couldn't leave my house. Now all my emotions feel like they have turned off. It feels real now like I'm just in denial. It's bringing up memories from the past of shows I've watched or people I was friends with to try and prove the point or people I thought were pretty. It's saying you've only realised now cause you are comfortable as I had a difficult childhood. I feel no attraction towards men and can't remember if I ever have now even though I know I did. It's saying its all fake. I really am. Starting to believe it's real and I just feel depressed now. Am I going to have to leave my boyfriend who I planned my life with. It feels like life is going by and I'm stuck. I have no energy at all.
Like I can’t think straight. This is making me doubt everything I’ve thought about myself and even makes me feel like I like the thoughts when I know I don’t. Like I would be less anxious at a time while I still have the thoughts and my mind would go “oh so you like it you must be gay” or the other one where I’m not anxious and I think of my attraction for girls that I’ve had my whole life and my mind goes “see now you’re not into them you’re gay” like it’s so stupid but so effective. I clearly remember being into girls my whole life but my mind is making me believe that all these attractions and feelings for women were all fake or “a thing of the past”. But I can still get aroused by women but I have this weird anxiety going on which brings these sensations/feelings and it’s so weird. Today I’ve spent my whole day thinking about it like I’ve been doing for 5 months now. I know that this aint normal but my mind just won’t let me live in peace. I never cared about my sexuality cuz I simply liked women my whole life but now my sexuality is a fundamental philosophy. I hate this.
I don’t know if it’s SOOCD. I no longer feel anxious in the moment when I think about women, and it’s like my imagination wants me to think about it and get aroused. I don’t want to be gay, but maybe I am after all. In my life I haven’t been so sexually driven before (when I was living with a man, or when being single) but now all I can think about is having sex with a woman. I don’t want to, but somehow my body does and it feels like my mind have changed to accept it to.. feel so sad This all started around 4 weeks ago..
