i tell myself if i pick these 2 water bottles instead of those 2 then im picking another relationship i could be in over my own. it sounds bat shit crazy but i been there. or if i see this word or number then it means this

Are really odd coincidences common in FM/ocd?
Like things that feel like ‘evidence’ and clues…. It’s like I can’t let these things go. I’m not talking about ‘signs from the universe’ , I mean actual real life things your ocd is using against you. Not reassurance seeking.

Does anyone else read other peoples post and think it’s for them or about them and their situation and start to think that’s what they are going through themselves ? Or like I’m blaming ocd but it’s my brain actually telling that’s how I actually feel?
