when i start focusing on my breathing, I always overthink it and make myself dizzy cause I "feel like I'm not breathing right". it always seems to happen when it's the middle of the night and I can't sleep so my brain is like how do I make this even worse for her???? lol
Any one else deal with this? Like from the moment they wake up to the second they fall asleep, the intrusive thoughts are there?
PLEASEEE READ!! I know this sounds ridiculous but lately I’ve been soo hyperfocused on my breathing. I feel like I’m not breathing right/properly, it’s hard to explain.. it just feels wrong or like my breathing pattern is wrong. How that’s possible? I have no clue. I’ve had this all day. Has anyone ever experienced this?? My doctor keeps saying anxiety but I just feel like something isn’t right.
I feel like I’m going to stop breathing and it makes it seem like an effort just to do it. I just want to be normal again and have my breathing go back to being automatic. Idk how to beat this, I’m constantly worried about it
