You just created a great list that could easily become your fear hierarchy! With OCD, the only way out is through. Rate how much anxiety each of these causes and arrange them from least to most. Start from the least and expose yourself to the situation again and again until it no longer causes anxiety. Then move up the hierarchy. I know it probably feels hopeless right now, but you actually just showed a lot of insight into your fears and triggers and that’s SO useful when it comes to beating OCD. You’re stronger and more capable than you think!

I don’t know if this helps. But I’ve shared some of the same feelings you listed. For example, about the hair dye, bleach products. The fact that you are acknowledging that the OCD has you where it wants you and how aggravated it’s gotten you, shows that you have the energy to take it on. I think you can do really well with managing your symptoms if you practice ERP and see or continue to see a therapist. Honestly, times I have gotten better have been times when I felt super low with it.

I get most of the ones you mention. I worry about allergic reactions to all that stuff though.. I can't eat eggs either and I'm a vegetarian. I avoid a bubble gum drink because I caught a vomming bug the same day I drank from that drink so I haven't bought it since. Ocd is so hard, I know someone from the clinic I'm about to stop going to with the same fear as you of being drugged in a drink etc. I understand ❤️ I'm so tired right now haven't slept in so long yet again and dreading getting up soon. But I pray for all of us to get better xxx
