What do you mean turned on? An uncomfortable feeling down there? Like a tingling, kind of movement? Did u get hot in fear? Or do you mean arousal in like extreme feelings, a desire for it and wanted to have this arousal?

@m1ch3ll3 Like it genuinely does feel like normal attraction. Itās more like in my head it feels the same as when Iām attracted to men if that makes sense? Like I know in my moments of clarity itās not me but it feels like genuine attraction in those moments and I just donāt know how to not do compulsions to relieve myself when everything is screaming that this is me. I read ur comment as asking if I was actually this person thatās why I got freaked out. Itās hard to explain but like I look at a child for example and have an automatic thought and donāt respond for a while and Iām like am I just suppressing it? Am I in denial?
@Jojo. If you were in denial you wouldnāt be so freaked out by this. P3dophiles in denial (this is based off an interview I once saw) have these wanted thoughts and this desire and then proceed to think āNahhh canāt beā and just simply go on with their life. If you are in denial of sth you donāt think abt it a lot. For example, we all know that one heavy smoker and when you tell them theyāre an addict theyāre like ānahh I can stop whenever I want tošā and then proceed to smoke another one without even realising it

And Iām not trying to scare you with any of my comments ik with this theme itās quite hard not to be like āhold up.. does this apply to me? Or do they think Iām one?ā I had that on one of my posts too lol
@Jojo. This happened to me at this start of this theme and Ive had this for few years now, trust me attraction to beauty is fine!!!! Groinals absolutely Will happen because they did with me when I was obsessed about whatās the attraction or is real is it not! ..
@m1ch3ll3 Itās kind of like - I see a picture and itās like āam I attracted to themā or sometimes I normalise it?!! And then I canāt say no. Or when I hear stories about people discovering it later on etc it FREAKS ME OUT. I have SO OCD sometimes too - and I just have such genuine confusion about what Iām attracted to. Sometimes itās like a āaccept itā thought. Sometimes itās a āI think theyāre hotā thought etc etc

@Jojo. Anxiety is a form of arousal and when you are experiencing somatic OCD along with POCD, it can feel real, even if the feeling is very unwanted. Our groin responds to stress the same way it does excitement.
If you are disturbed by it, then you don't really want those feelings.
...And treat it as all other themes of OCD. Do not hyperanalyze - OCD can be give many false emotions and urges.

Hi it's been a year, how are you ? How's your OCD ? That conversation with Michelle wasn't really relevant because the content of the thoughts doesn't matter, if you had HOCD then you would worry about being gay and express the same false attraction and groinal response with someone of the same sex and it would be very distressing. OCD is something that puts your mind in a position of crisis. You will look for certainty and reassurance for something that isn't even there but that you are projecting in your mind because you can't accept it. Disregard the thoughts and the feelings, we get that feeling of arousal because our mind naturally reacts to sexual stimulation, it freaks us out of course but we have to not judge it and let it pass no matter how real it feels. You have to always disregard don't give in to the doubt. I have the exact same worries as you right now, I'm trying to manage it with some erp tools I learned.
Why are things so real the first time theyāre in my mind and then when I think about it later itās easier for me to be like wtf?? I was watching a movie earlier and the young girl had developed more in the chest area than the last movie and I felt the desire to check her out so I did. Then later I let myself imagine her having sex and I liked it. But now looking back Iām like ew. The boys in the movie have also developed as the movie went on and I couldnāt help but think that in their real life theyāve probably woken up to boners and s*men and stuff. And looking back itās just ugh. Idk if itās sexual relevance but I genuinely let myself indulge in these thoughts and groinal responses and I remember thinking to myself I donāt want to be attracted to little kids and how do I stop myself (everyone has attractive qualities so in younger boys I see man like qualities). Idk I need help. I wouldnāt type this out if I truly believe I was messed up but Iām still scared
After having sex for the first time I felt all loved up and wanted to hug partner. I was changing his bedding and walked passed his bed and my Pocd said to make my leg brush past the bed for a feeling over kids and I did itā¦ because I wanted the comfort of the feelingā¦ But why did I do itā¦. I was feeling hor**/wanting comfort and did it even tho my brain said over children. Iām freaking out help
I keep getting thoughts of this 6 year old kid n I donāt know what to do, they keep coming and they give me a sense of attraction, I donāt wanna be attracted to kids, it feels too real as well, I feel a need to check if I was attracted or not constantly, and it genuinely feels like attraction, please help me I donāt wanna be a pedo. Whenever I try to think abt something romantic or about someone my age Iām actually into, that kid keeps popping up.
