I usually come on this app to try to respond to peoples problems. Its helpful to me along with my therapy. Usually other people with ocd are well equipped to help others with ocd. Whats bothering u?

Whatever it is. Trust me you arent alone and someone else has had these thoughts. We are never alone. Ocd just tries to tell us we are alone and different. It wants us to think we need it to be safe.

@Anonymous It’s ocd playing it’s trick on u sometimes I feel like it don’t disgust me either but then other days it makes me make a disgusting face. It’s jus the worst I tell u

These are all reasons why you are hyperfocused on this particular aspect of your life. Ocd will find a weakness and attack it. It grabs on and tries to paralyze u. Start trying to recognize its patterns. It is much more predictable than u think it is.

Its part of the acceptance process, first it terrifies you then you gradually stop caring, then the thoughts come less often. Dont worry just trust that your brain is doing things properly. Think if someone was hiding on u to jump out to scare u. After doing this repeatedly for months at a time, it would stop scaring u. This is what is happening to the thought.

There is no way to actively not have a thought. You have to let yourself pass through it rather than try to stop it. This is just how the brain works. Its very uncomfortable i know. Im going through this as well

Mann this isn't any ocd problems but like I feel like some of my friends just ignores me or like I know they like me but they just don't interact me back and they block me then unblock me and never followed me back am I too annoying for them or am I just this annoying for my whole life I mean I made it my whole persona I do jokes i make them laugh but I feel like its not enough of them I'm already crying can someone comfort me ...
