Ugh

I feel so weird for noticing certain body parts in kids like whyyy and I just notice it and sometimes it feels like I look bc I’m curious or want to :/ but idk bc I do that bc I feel like I’m trying to figure out something but idk I’m scared 😭 like it feels like an urge to want to like look at them :(, idk I just see it now and especially if their built a certain way which I fucking hate but it feels like I’m a true p :( does this happen to anyone? Idk what to do or idk

You are not a true p unless you truly wanted to act on it. You know you aren’t cause you feel probably disgust and stress. But it’s just your curiosity getting the best of you. Our minds works in very very different odd ways like VERY different. You are no where near being a true p. You are over complicating it in my opinion. Not saying what you feel is invalid but again the mind works in many ways and it’s probably just curiosity even though it doesn’t sound good but it is. Doesn’t mean you’ll act out or anything. Go get a drink of water, put a movie on, smile and move on. You are a human being with feelings and thoughts, you are okay, and it’s easier said than done but really you are gonna be okay.

@katr :,) It doesn’t SOUND good but it’s NORMAL!! Does not mean it’s bad because you think your curiosity of it is bad when all reality it’s normal. Just sounds bad because it has to do with a child. Doesn’t make you a p, it’s just your curiosity and it’s okay. Trust me you are okay.

@katr :,) Well again, you are human. You and I both know you aren’t a p. You are worrying so much about it and just that tells me you aren’t one cause you care and you know it’s wrong and you don’t want to be one when in reality you aren’t. If you were I don’t think you’d be online saying anything. Just my opinion, I hope that doesn’t come off as bad or anything, please don’t attack me lol I just truly think you are overthinking it.

@flowers1530 I still don’t understand bc all I’m worried about is how bad it sounds, bc it is bad and it’s concerning or something and that it sounds bad bc it has to do something with a child :/ 😭 I’m just getting scared like it is bad, and when I reas normal I was like what how Is that normal?😭😭 ughhh all I’m thinking is “sounds bad = weird/not normal suspicious “

@katr :,) Sorry for confusing. Overall you don’t sound crazy and it doesn’t sound bad honestly. Again, you are overthinking and worrying yourself too much about your normal curiosity, just like everyone else. When I mean sounds bad it’s cause it’s something you consider bad when reality it’s not something bad it’s just C U R I O S I T Y. It does not make you a freaking p. You are scared because it’s a “child”. A human being just like you! You probably feel like you are invading or something. I look at people and everything all the time and I analyze because I’m a human being and like to know my surroundings or because I don’t know I’m a freaking human being. I look at my nieces and nephews like how small and cute they are, they cute little fingers and small beady eyes. Its just what humans do, we look and we think. You are OVERCOMPLICATING IT!!!! Please understand that you are not a p cause we both know you aren’t. There is nothing to figure out, just you being human and looking.

@Mathematician😊 Like today, I saw a child and I had an urge to look down there and then I realised and panicked so badly but then I felt like I had to keep looking. I’m now terrified that I thought they were attractive and I was checking them out

Help please :( I’m not sure what this is

Sometimes, when I see people in videos, photos, or in person, I intentionally imagine them naked. I’m really freaking out about it and don’t fully understand why I do it. It doesn’t always feel intrusive, sometimes it feels like I’m just taking the time to visualize it, which scares me even more. Can anyone explain what might be happening? Is this just natural curiosity, or something else? I feel really ashamed and don’t know how to handle it. I’m scare it’ll happen with children or family members. Maybe that would be a compulsion at that point but I’m scared

Can someone please offer words of advice :(

Why are things so real the first time they’re in my mind and then when I think about it later it’s easier for me to be like wtf?? I was watching a movie earlier and the young girl had developed more in the chest area than the last movie and I felt the desire to check her out so I did. Then later I let myself imagine her having sex and I liked it. But now looking back I’m like ew. The boys in the movie have also developed as the movie went on and I couldn’t help but think that in their real life they’ve probably woken up to boners and s*men and stuff. And looking back it’s just ugh. Idk if it’s sexual relevance but I genuinely let myself indulge in these thoughts and groinal responses and I remember thinking to myself I don’t want to be attracted to little kids and how do I stop myself (everyone has attractive qualities so in younger boys I see man like qualities). Idk I need help. I wouldn’t type this out if I truly believe I was messed up but I’m still scared

I’m scared I might become a r*pist I’m over here thinking at a time I saw a kid and I looked down at his pants like I keep thinking about what I did and it’s like I feel attracted and to me it felt like I gave him this predator look and he probably thinks I’m a P I just wonder how is this Pocd Because it feels like I want to do stuff like I don’t know I keep thinking about that situation
