I am so scared to do ERP
Hello everyone, I am in need of some tips for ERP. I have been in therapy for a couple of months through NOCD and I have been having the hardest time doing ERP. I rarely do it in-between sessions. I am so afraid of my theme coming true but I am so sick of feeling anxious and sad. SO-OCD has truly ruined my quality of life and I just want to get back to feeling better. What are some of the things that help you when doing ERP for SO-OCD?
