Pregnancy Scare?

I need a place to write this out. 18+ only I’m having a pregnancy scare even though there was no P in V action. I’m worried semen might’ve accidentally gotten on my boyfriend’s hand. I know he did not touch himself. I was 1 day outside of my fertile window according to my cycle tracking when the non P in V sexual encounter occurred. I started having very minor left ovary pain 6 days before my period, along with some GI issues. There was flecks (like seriously 2 tiny SPECKS) of blood when I wiped 4 days before my period I’ve never noticed this before my period before. I had my period on time and regular. But I read that girls can mistake implantation bleeding for their period so I started to worry. I took a pregnancy test 3 days after my period ended and it was negative. My left ovary pain is still present the same as it was before my period, but now it’s coupled with minor lower back pain and GI issues. I keep worrying about being pregnant and that I took my pregnancy test wrong. I keep googling symptoms and quizzes trying to see how I compare. I don’t want to take another pregnancy test because I know how this loop works but I can’t stop overthinking.

I think it couldn’t hurt to go to a doctor just to figure out what the bleeding was from. Otherwise maybe think of it as like “we’ll cross that bridge when and more importantly IF we get there” and just try to set it aside. Don’t research symptoms or ruminate but if you do notice anything out of the ordinary maybe take note but then move past it.

idk if this helps at all. but sperm can’t live outside of the male body for longer than 15-30 minutes. so unless he touched himself (which you said he didn’t) and then touched your V less than 15 minutes later, it’s p much not possible. as for the pain, chances are it’s just a cyst they tend to hurt prior to the period, i get them all the time they’re not a big deal but it wouldn’t hurt to have your doctor check it out. you got this!

obsessing over late cycle again

only people with a uterus please so my period is late. it’s been late for almost two or three weeks now. but i’m still having pms symptoms. i’m a virgin but somehow convincing myself i got pregnant somehow. like my mind keeps going to awful things like what if i got r@ped at didn’t know it. it’s so exhausting. i’ve missed a cycle before when i was at an extremely stressful point in my life but i don’t feel that stressed now. more depressed. i’m sure it’s normal to miss a cycle especially after the year i’ve had but it makes me so anxious. like i’m genuinely debating on going to buy a pregnancy test even though it’s not logical at all. my best friend is pregnant right now and her and my sister keep joking that i’m pregnant and they don’t realize how much it genuinely freaks me out. like right now my breasts are so tender and i made the mistake of googling and it could be pms, pregnancy, or breast cancer (which is one of my biggest fears bc my mom passed from it). anyways has anyone else had an experience like this?

im still flipping out

hi guys. im really struggling today. i keep feeling movements like fluttering, pulses, twitches, and kick like movements. i had an ultrasound, external and transvaginal, blood test i had a seizure from, and multiple negative urine tests. im freaking out that im pregnant. my bf and i broke up for a period of time and we both slept with other people and im afraid im pregnant and its someone elses baby. i got my ultrasound when i was on a period, if that even was my period, and i dont know if that affects anything. the movements are driving me crazy and i want to rip my skin off, im so scared and panicked. i want to live a happy life with my boyfriend but am so scared that ill have that taken away from me if i pop out with a random baby in july or august. im so terrified. do you all think im pregnant or just being ocd? im about to cry because i just cant do this. im so scared and triggered. i have no one to talk to.

Pregnant?

My period havent come in a week and im scare im might be pregnant even thought I HAVE NEVER had sex like any type of physical sex with anybody like ever but im so scare and i want to buy a oregnancy test cuz my ocd and my brain keeps saying what if im pregnant when im literally a virgen but why I haven’t get my period im so scar
