Great question idk. I feel whenever you need to solve a thought its ocd.
If it feels urgent like you need to find the answer out right now, it’s most likely ocd.
How can you tell if a thought is an intrusive thought versus an anxious thought? Cause I know the treatment for both is different like with anxiety you can sit with it and acknowledge and ration with it but you’re not supposed to with ocd
I can't tell the difference between a normal thought and a intrusive thought .....what this mean
