Is increased Zoloft causing anxiety and brain fog in others with OCD?

Also, I have a therapist but she isn’t trained in OCD therapies

No i am currently on 25 mg. To me 150 mg is a lot. I have had results at 25 mg so the ineffective of lower doses than 150 mg is not true obviously. Maybe you should voice your thoughts to your psychiatrist as it is not benefiting you at all or maybe get a second opinion.

I haven’t had Zoloft, but sometimes it’s the adjustment to the dosage or a new medication, I’m not sure how long it’s been for you since that change. I would make sure to tell your doctor, right away if that’s possible, of any changes like that just to keep so and so in the loop. I would hope your doc could answer any questions about the drug. I resonate with what it feels like to be afraid to not take any more meds or try anything, bc from my experience that’s how it ended; However people that I’ve talked to say that that’s sometimes part of the process is trying to find the right doctor or medication, etc. and it can take time. My motto was to do what was right for me always, and I trust my body and mind for the most part. I hope everything works itself out :)
