I don't have a plan, nor I think I would be brave enough to kms but I'm suffering so much every day :( I don't see a way out. I would try nocd but they don't accept my insurance and that would mean to scalp my savings account and I'm afraid erp won't even work
i’m so sorry that you feel this way and i empathise with it so much. i have been practicing erp myself self guided there are tons of resources for it i really would give it a go. it does work even self guided. i promise you won’t feel like this forever and things will improve.
hey i was this way at the start of last year with the su1c1dal thoughts I know it’s so hard I promise you are so much stronger than you think I feel like us on nocd who can’t get a therapist should talk to eachother as our therapists to help eachother because it genuinely gets so hard and so serious about how much impact and effect ocd has on us It makes us feel so lonely Please keep fighting and trying for yourself and all of us The world is so much better with you in it even if you don’t realise it look at yourself as your younger self and do it for them, look at yourself as someone you love and do it for them Look at this community and know that somewhere there IS help somewhere out there for you that will help If you need someone to listen or talk to I’m here Please try erp and also try cbt Try guided meditations Try ocd and anxiety affirmations Try ocd relief music on Spotify Try anything that brings you comfort to redirect your thoughts Please remember that you are not your thoughts though and that they don’t define you Remember they will pass Just please keep trying , never stop trying because it will take time but it will be worth it 💕

I keep drafting or beginning to write a suicide note/letter. I don’t have any plans on actually taking my life but I feel I already know what I’d write. I keep getting ocd when I start writing it and have to quickly erase it and get rid of it. I feel like my future cured self will be able to see clearly and realise suicide was not a nesaessery thing. But I feel like my family especially my dad just don’t take my mental health seriously like because it’s not some physical illness it’s not a big deal. It makes me feel so pathetic and annoyed at myself for even thinking in a suicidal way and it makes me think I’m not “bad” enough or don’t have a proper reason to feel suicidal. Im just in complete conflict and at a loss. I am drastically losing any control over my mind and how I think. It’s ruining my life.
I'm lowkey afraid that I might kill myself. Yesterday, I had really bad thoughts about different ways to kill myself to the point it was hard to concentrate on my studies. I have days where I don't want to kill myself and days that I deserve to die. I just feel very hopeless about the future.
ever since covid started, my mom has been trying to get me and my siblings insurance. obviously, it’s been pretty hard and i feel bad. she doesn’t know that i have ocd and i don’t have the heart to tell her since she has covid right now. i don’t want to put any pressure on her. she already has to deal with the fact that i might have autism. i’ve resorted to self diagnosing and doing erp (which is going well aside from the feeling on anxiety) and i know that if i tell my dad he won’t believe me. especially with the subtypes i have. i’ll just have to deal with that and the reoccurring suicidal thoughts. i don’t even go outside anymore or take care of myself. on top of that, my eating disorder is trying to jab at me again. i guess this is my life now.
