I have Postpartum OCD and was wondering if other moms out there have experienced this as well? I’ve wound up with harm/SI/etc. and just want to connect with moms that experienced the symptoms of OCD come on with their child’s birth?
You are not alone! Postpartum is very different for everyone however it’s never easy! I am almost 5 months PP and the OCD has been just another layer of difficulty during PP. Hang in there! You are doing great and remind yourself that you will get better.
Yes. Ive had ocd almost my whole life, but im 3 weeks PP and it’s been really quite difficult. I’m clinging to everything thought and feeling, constantly stuck in loops. Overanalyzing everything. And of course the harm stuff too. The mood changes only makes it worse.

Does anyone have postpartum-triggered OCD or harm thoughts involving their baby or children? I just had my first child two months ago and am obsessed with the fear I’m going to hurt her or that I don’t love her.
any moms on here?? I'm a first time mom and had a baby two months ago. my ocd is back with a vengeance. I'm struggling and just looking for people I can talk to who understand what I'm going through. I don't want to worry anybody so I've been keeping things to myself but it's hard.
