Hi. You have a community of people going through OCD just like you are. People like me. The last thing we would want for you is to be gone. We would want you to get the help you need to overcome this. This is a very debilitating thing to go through. You don't have to go through it by yourself. You can talk about your struggles with us and we can be there for you. Have you ever been in therapy? It's not too late to get the help you need for this.

@Anonymous Okay. Perhaps you can contact NOCD and tell them what places take your insurance so you can get help?

@Anonymous Not change the insurance, but to go to a place that takes your insurance. Maybe seeing your doctor could help? Your PCP is specialized in helping you just like a therapist would

@Anonymous Please don't do that. You have to have hope in yourself. You can get better. You can get through this. If you feel this is an emergency, you can call a hotline. Does your family know you have OCD?

@Anonymous I'm very sorry that your family things that. That's really unfair and hard to get through. Still, you shouldn't give up on yourself. You didn't choose to have OCD. You didn't want this to happen. You can still get help.

@Anonymous I think the main thing you should focus on is finding a support group of people that care about you and what you want to accomplish in terms of doing better for yourself. That is definitely possible with NOCD's community and friends that care about you.
