Hi I got my OCD 3 months back after watching a horror movie as I connected that movie with my past experience. Does any one enjoy horror movies who could help me to break my OCD by watching that movie. Kindly let me know

This is so me but with The babadook is also a horror movie that I have connected to my mental health recently and I haven’t watched that movie since like 2014-2017. But I really want to work on exposure therapy with certain horror movies like Nosferatu and Terrifier etc.
I feel like I’ve had a lot of different categories of ocd. Some categories stick with me more and are repetitive. I’ve been doing well with mental health - not having anxiety stick around. When the physical feeling of anxiety sticks around, every thought is horrible, but when the feeling of anxiety is gone the obsessions don’t really impact me. If I can keep anxiety at bay, my life is good. I’ve been doing well lately, although this week I was scrolling through tictok and watched a video about someone in a coma and wondered if I was in a coma right now and didn’t know it. I had a panic attack for about 15 minutes. Anxiety, sweating, etc. It didn’t take ahold of me and it quickly lost its impact on me. It still shook me and I was just like “wow” where did that come from. Now I am staying away from social media. Is that avoidance? Should I make myself keep watching social media? Many ocd problems have come from social media or watching a movie or show that triggers something and then spirals. I am limiting what I watch, which I believe is good because I shouldn’t be watching that stuff anyway. What do you think?
So I have harm ocd for sure and I get triggered by some m1rder cases like for some reason my brain gets latched to them and the perpetrators my brain goes ‘what if they’d find you attractive’ ‘would you be one of their victims’ and it feels like they’re watching me, if that makes sense, like they’re watching me, is this a symptom of any type of OCD? Please no judgement I’m super scared and I hate that my brain does this
I'm going to film school and starting to write horror movies. My obsession is that I'm scared of being a bad person of making my characters becoming a predator on younger characters. But that's also horror like...? I obviously won't make them like a literal baby. But I have this horror idea and I just feel bad. Idk how I'm gonna write this shit without having OCD. For example junji ito collection tomine is somewhat of a predator and the ice cream man. And they're both really good horror stories!! even Pennywise!! And people love Pennywise?!! Any advice for Creating horror with OCD themes like pocd and such?
