How vivid are your false memories? I didn’t have this FM until i kept thinking into if something happened on a night i was drinking Now ive come up with the worst possible scenario and my brain is convincing me its true with IMAGES Anyone else go through this?
Yea it happens to me a lot especially after smoking but most likely it’s just your very active brain. Like sometimes I swear I did something and supposedly remember every step but nah it’s just in the head sometimes. If you don’t remember from a night of drinking then still the same thing but ask whoever was around if you’re not sure
@xisaacda Yeah i dont drink normally but i wanted to around my boyfriend because i thought the cheating false memory ocd wont be there😂
Very vivid especially when you got a strong imagination and scenarios making , I got an instant false memory and it’s so annoying cuz my mind be making stuff up and imagining shit
it’s like I only “remember” the bad part of it. I don’t remember how it happened, or what happened after. I don’t remember any details, but my mind makes them up so it’s hard to decifier if it’s real or not.

Anyone with false memory ocd able to see the false memories in detail? And they feel real and you remember every little detail but you still know deep down it never happened?
