i’m so scared

so like a couple days, i’ve been having heart palpitations and every time I eat and drink my left side is like a heartburn a little bit, but since I got sick, I started still having heart palpitations random thump… like it will be thump small thump then heart beating..it will be like happening 3 times or then later for an hour it will happen i keep having them and i’m so scared… i keep googling symptoms like “what if i have thyroid disease or if i have heart disease or heart rhythm issues” every time I take a deep breath it’s hard like I feel like I’m not getting enough like air even though I’m breathing but it’s so hard. I’m so scared. i had a horrible panic attack eariler today… i can breathe it’s just it’s such uncomfortable feeling… i keep thinking something is wrong with my heart or if it’s not anxiety even if I try to calm down, it still happens. i’m even so scared to go to the doctor it keeps happening and i want it to stop

i’m so sorry i know how scary that can feel. a few years ago i would get really bad heart palpitations too. i went to the doctor for it and everything and they told me i had sinus arrhythmia which is quite common. i still get them occasionally but it has mostly stopped. looking back i think it was primarily anxiety bc i was so anxious all the time in that period of my life. i’m sorry you’re going through this i know how terrifying it can be :(

@savannahframe19 that’s the worst i’m really sorry. and i know suicidal ocd is SO scary i experienced that for a while but ive gotten a lot better! if you ever want to talk about that i am here!

Oh maybe you just have a gastritis or and gastric reflux. It gives you palpitations but are completely normal. Just go check your stomach, when somethings is off it looks like a heart problem. I also have it alongside with healt ocd and panic disorder. It's triggering by now I know and I manage it.

Health ocd is really bad today

Hi everyone. I take hydroxyzine 50 mg every night for anxiety for about five months. I’ve been experiencing at least one heart palpitation a day so of course I went down my googling spiral and saw people say it gave them cardiac arrest? I’m only 19 but I’m so so scared. Please someone help me.

Chest pain

I just had a really awful chest pain that felt like my chest was exploding and im really terrified. I feel like maybe it was a heart attack but idk. I've had many ekgs and a chest x ray and they don't find anything wrong with me. Idk what this means anymore im so sick of being scared that ill die. Can anyone relate at all? It comes out of nowhere

Heart

I went to take my heart rate and bp at the store and the pharmacist said i should go to a doctor because my heart rate was really high and wouldnt go down. I haven't had time yet and im at the grocery store rn and my heart is beating lile crazy for no reason and im so scared. Ive had ekgs before and other tests and there was nothing wrong
