I know bro it fixes it momentarily I was in a dark space This June and I was even thinking about suicide but I realized that I have more to live for I’m just really trying to be better but whenever I try I seem to fail sometimes and sometimes I do well

I don’t have major anxiety I suffer more from external factors now like gay pictures Guys on tv And on my phone Pride flags and a constant heavy heart and head and sometimes Hocd dreams And these things sort of make me depressed because I never used to feel that way

@Telecaster Yeah on Good days I do on bad days I don’t I went home this June and I felt really normal because I don’t get triggered by a lot of things they aren’t gays or pride flags etc and also being around the fam helps because I’m 10 hours away from home and here everything is different they are so many triggers so many gay guys etc etc

I’m so sorry you’re feeling this low right now. I’ve been in a similar place and I know how painful it can be. Unfortunately, if you’re in an area where access to an OCD Specialist is limited, you may have to go online and look for online or teletherapy. The resources for OCD our there can be pretty scant in many areas of the world. But you need a specialist. Most therapists/psychologists/psychiatrists aren’t well versed in Pure O themes.
