It's not going to affect your brain so long as you recognize that it's not reality. Don't internalize what you see from those things. As far as how you see people in your everyday life, that's just OCD making too many connections. You're only thinking like that because your mind is aware of those things and worries about it. Practice response prevention, and you won't be validating those thoughts, which will help them subside

@Lelaa Oh, I see. I get it. Well, it's your choice if you want to keep looking at p-rn but in the end, the thoughts you're having are still OCD. It's uncomfortable, but they don't really mean anything

@Lelaa And to be clear what I was saying before is that p-rn doesn't have to have a negative impact. You just got a understand that what you're looking at is exaggerated and fictionalized. As far as the OCD impact, it can definitely add some triggers, but I believe those can be managed if you wish to keep looking at explicit content

@Lelaa Well, the only thing you can do is recognize that it's your OCD, and then accept the nervous feelings it brings. The less you focus on them, the less you legitimize them. It won't always make you feel better, but it will help your mind move on

My advice, for the sake of your mental health and your OCD, stay away from it as much as you can, you will thank yourself later in life.

It’s normal, p*rn is very addictive, so I understand, I would advise you to do talk to someone who you can trust about your issue, so that the shame aspect of it doesn’t affect you too much and also go on YouTube and find videos of people who talk about why p*rn is a negative for you.

Tbh it’s wild.. bc I’m not someone who has watched 🌽 like on a regular basis , really only when having “alone time” and Tbvh I’m not the most sexual person. But I didn’t realize until I was a lot older that there were filters and what not.. and it’s def had an effect on my perception. 100% and I’ve noticed it for a very long time. It’s mostly to do with judging self and not others.. idk if I’m answering your question.. but I def feel as tho it’s effected me personally. So by my experience I would say yes..
