Does anyone know why OCD attacks the things we care about the most? I have heard this many times and it’s been attacking my relationship for the past 2 months and I feel like it’s destroying my relationship :(

@uwotm8 Exactly. I feel so depressed and lost I don’t even know what to do. My life seems to be crumbling underneath me. I don’t want to leave my boyfriend but I feel like shit and that he deserves so much better. He shows me nothing but love in so many ways

Reading all of this has actually brought on my ocd. If we tell ourselves that it’s absolutely an obsession, then how would we be able to know if it was really time to move on?
