Perfectionism OCD
Hi all! My perfectionism OCD is rearing its ugly head, especially surrounding routines. It’s really making me feel like a failure and I’m struggling to navigate what I want versus what OCD wants. I enjoy routines but they can definitely become compulsive for me and I’m having a hard time finding where that line gets crossed. Does anyone have any experience with this, tips, or just words of encouragement?
