I think it helps to just remind yourself who you are. Not as a compulsion, but just remembering your true intentions and not letting the OCD rewrite these intentions in your brain. I have that sometimes and the ruminating over a weird situation can be A LOT so your feelings are entirely valid, however the constant thinking about it only feeds the anxiety/OCD and only fuels it. I know easier said than done, but would be good to work on just picturing yourself pushing the thought out of your head and eventually you’ll be able to think it, think “eh whatever” and then move on!

As someone who's around the age of that 17/18 year old coworker of yours, yeah ehm.. that's normal guy behavior at that age. Have to deal with it everyday at school. I have guys in my classes who say really uncomfortable things, or that whenever we're doing the MOST normal thing- like for example in gym class ! We were laying down doing a silly workout warm up, one of the guys say: "Ew, I feel like I'm getting touched. A guy is going to appear at some point and (not going to finish the rest)." And I instantly felt incredibly weird and exposed, even if I was only doing a warm up. He didn't say it directly towards me, he said it to his friend but still. T_T And don't get me started on if an Adult is being themselves or acts a certain way that is SLIGHTLY out of the norm, they are instantly judged or called a "Diddy/Unc" and other crazy comments. I hate it SO much. Then there's other weird sexual comments or just overall being something. I don't know, they're interesting and I get stressed out as well. So I definitely can understand why you're so upset- it really is annoying.. but it's definitely not a you problem. He's likely just making those remarks for the sake of the "haha funsies."
