I know the message is very long and detailed, and I included explanations. I just thought maybe that would help you understand better — I got a bit carried away while explaining, sorry if it was too long. But please don’t take my words as reassurance. Just try to do exposure and use CBT techniques. And please remember, treatment is your only real solution.
