Thank you guys I’m glad I’m not alone in this and now I actually feel like this is me and not the ocd anymore I still don’t want to be gay because I’m not but sometimes it feels real

I get you man . I get you. Like really . I had a dream last night where i wa sitting on the edge of a idk floating stuff to film some scenes. And one of my friends (dude was holding my leg so i don’t fall) and another random boy from the class was also holding my leg between his legs there were sitting snd i was up. So yeah IT WASN’t even sexual but brain made it feel like something idk weird. I woke up with a weird feelin so yeah. I get you

@Mod22 I get you.. Is there anything that triggers you in particular. For me, for example is when i see someone more mucular than me i feel unsafe and i start having small gronials and as i say to myself “we are equal, you are not stronger you are not superior than me” it’s gone . Idk what this is but it’s super weird

@Mod22 Bro I understand. I'm very young and I kept thinking recently to myself am I gay or not. Turns out I'm not. After tons of research internally, meaning tons of thinking and overthinking and more thinking, I came to the conclusion, which my psychologist said too, was that because of all of the ocd thoughts and shit, we get confused of our sexuality when we are actually straight, or in your case u get intimidated or want to look at guys, which is because, as my clinician said and turns out to be very true when u get deeper into it, we want to deeply be like them or idolise them in some way, whether it be personality traits or muscularity, so our fantasies of idolisation gets confused because of our ocd, and we think that we are gay or get other conflicting thoughts. So it's actually just normal with ocd to get these thoughts and feelings just remember it's not you, it's the ocd MAKING you feel like that and the only way to get rid of this is to ignore it no matter how hard it is by thinking of something else that is more true than that or that is true at all, like what u said about equality or you can say something else as well. I'm not 100% sure if I'm correct but this worked for me with my negative thoughts so I hope this helps.

Bro just go in with ur life and ignore these thoughts in every way possible. I used to get these thoughts and I turned out to EB straight the whole time!! It's ml usually ur ocd tricking ur mind because of obsessive thoughts, but u just have to ignore them and go on and fight ur way through by trying to live normally you know?

@JS0406 Fuuuuck. I say do positive self talk to make yourself more confident in ur own beliefs. The thing with self talk is that u can literally make urself believe in anything. So if u tell urself ur normal a load of times, even if it doesn't work completely, it will make ocd a little easier to fight and u will feel a lot better.

Do you guys know why it happens with some dudes and not others? Sex doesn’t feel the same when I have it but I still crave it who relates?
