I would definitely limit time on social media. All you hear right now is corona virus and I get it it can be very scary. However, think too these people may be exaggerating stories, they might just want the “viral” twitter fame for a few moments. I would keep track in how you feel but also keep track about how you feel when you’re not thinking about it. When we think we have something wrong with us we tend to hyper focus on it and that’s when we believe our symptoms. It’s definitely a scary time in the world right now but try and focus on the small things in life that bring you joy. Also try and stay busy whether it’s reading a book, watching a good tv show, baking, exercise, talking to a friend on the phone. Also maybe some of the symptoms you’re feeling are due to stress? It could make you feel tired and have an upset stomach. Also i get the breathing difficulty when I think about it think about it more than half the time we’re not thinking about our breath but when we start thinking about it and focusing on it then you think you can’t breathe and it gets worse. so take note of when you’re not thinking about it how your breath is just normal throughout the day. Try and stay busy it may keep your mind off it a little more. Hope this helped a little and stay safe and feel better soon!

Thank you so much. It feels like even being away from social media I can’t escape the talk of corona. Even now I just heard someone in a group chat say their family member died from it. I’ve mainly been playing animal crossing and it’s helped me relax a little bit but there’s so many many things on my mind. I don’t have a good home life, I’m feeling sooo much guilt for so many things including my dog who’s alive and the one who died two years ago and guilt for the type of people I talk to and just feeling like an imposter and a horrid person and just... the corona stuff... everything is getting to me and I’m going bonkers.

I am exactly you right now, except not sick. But if I was, I’d convince myself I had coronavirus too. I feel for you and hope you feel better soon!
