I know girl I get it :( it’s such an indescribable feeling but I know exactly what you’re talking about. Just know that you’re not alone in it and that other people share the same struggles. I have had a lot of trouble keeping a job too so if you need someone to talk to I’ll gladly be here for you. Been there too.

@anxiouspotato Np! I just know that whenever I was at work I’d get these awful tics and I’d hide in the bathroom so no one would see them. Eventually I just started avoiding work altogether because I couldn’t handle the thought of messing up and getting fired. But I ended up quitting that job (it was retail, so I was mega stressed) and I just got a new job as a janitor. There will be less people so I think it’ll be a lot better, but I know how hard it is to keep a job. Most of the jobs I’ve had have given me panic attacks nearly every shift—but hopefully with the right help and a little time we can get through this and see things a little more clearly :)

@Jordyn ? I am sorry to hear about that. I too have wanted to skip work and school because of triggers. I hope that your new job will be a little easier on you!

@anxiouspotato Me too! And I totally understand that feeling. You want to avoid everything because you just want to feel some sense of peace, but it just ends up making everything worse :( just keep pushing though. You got this!

@Jordyn ? I feel this. I stay in bed and watch YouTube but I think I feel worse when I get up at 3 and realize I wasted a day. Pushing through is key

@Yikes1000X Sometimes you just have to make yourself get up even if your chest physically hurts and your heart is pounding, mind is spinning. Just making yourself DO SOMETHING, whatever it is, helps so much.

This is me now. I was doing really well for a while, but then my mom yelled at me for something and then I saw something on social media and I just feel like shit again.

And it triggered you into guilting yourself and feeling bad?

@anxiouspotato Well my mom yelled at me and I started feeling guilty then just seeing stuff on social media made me more sad. I feel terrible atm.
