Ocd will always try and find ways to “prove” that it isn’t ocd. Your doubts and your constantly analyzing whether it is or isn’t ocd is just another symptom. Treat these worries like ocd thoughts. “Maybe they’re real, maybe they aren’t.” Sometimes I find it easier to start with “maybe they’re real, probably they aren’t.” And work my way up.

Have you tried the new SOS feature? I really like some of the things he says on it about just sitting with discomfort. My favorite quote is “your stronger than you give yourself credit for.”

1. I can allow myself to think the thoughts on purpose. 2. I don't get to anxious at the thoughts anymore. I sometimes even think I like them. 3. It feels like other people struggle more than I do. Do you think I belong in prison?

@corablue Why do you talk to yourself in ways you wouldn't talk to me? I work with kids. Between the two of us it would appear I'm far more dangerous.
