But if they are there and I do whatever action does that make me a negative person? Since I had that thought at all? Once you have a negative thought or reason for doing something does it matter if you don’t want it to be for that negative reason anymore?

I was just wondering. My thoughts are harder to tell apart if they are ocd or not because they are more logical. If im doing something that would make another person jealous or that was my inital reason should i just not do it anymore? Even if at one point before i met the person i used to enjoy doing said thing?

@tella4 I just feel like a bad person. I feel like I shouldn’t do it because no matter what the real reason im doing it is to make them jealous but i still want to? And that im just lying to myself if i do it and tell myself it’s for another reason.

@tella4 I have two now but one is on vacation the other i have my appt next week with. I really appreciate you talking to me. You’re actually helping out alot. It gets hard to tell where the ocd ends and i begin? If you get what I’m saying. I’ve usally dealt with this by just saying idgaf... but i feel like it just hurts in the long run. So i want to still better myself but I don’t know if im just feeding the ocd or being in denial.

I was just eating and trying to find a show to watch that didn’t trigger me ? took me a bit but i ended on one. It stresses me out writing it stresses me out doing anything really. Hanging out with friends puts me through so much anxiety. Mediation helps at times tho. That’s basically what i have been doing is analyzing everything. I love that you took the time to talk to me. I don’t want to be in my head anymore but it’s crazy hard.

Im so at a loss for words. Your words mean alot to me it’s sad that I feel ocd will just find another way of convincing me out of it. I have suffered from alot of different subtypes the ones that get to me now are religious, magical thinking, and i think a bit of pure o. With the magical thinking ocd it gets hard. Even writing this makes me uncomfortable. Like something bad will happen as a result.

@tella4 Oh boy let’s see how the rest of today goes haha. If I don’t fight the thoughts i feel like in giving up or being lazy. It’s just never ending dude.

@tella4 With magical thinking it’s like ok if you don’t fight it then it’s gonna happen... and it feels like it will. I hate it. Its frightening

@tella4 I’m glad i talked to you today. I wanna snap out of it too. There’s just alot of things im afraid will happen as a result.
