@tella4 it’s so so harmful. she has no right providing therapy to people. being a coach does not mean u can provide erp its literally ridiculous. and she has absolutely no right charging people that much. it’s absolutely sick

You haven't see the last post of obsessivelyafter? The coaches like her and the other guy are fake, they. Are.fake, don't trust in them.

@tella4 Because coaches charging highly more than a therapist and coaches like her do erp. While she shouldn't because that can make more hurt than hurt. Coaches like chrissie hodges its incredible, because she is honest and ethical

i feel like rob isn’t as gimmicky as ali but i agree what they’re doing is extremely unethical. they’re fine as advocates but definitely not as therapists. i love obsessivelyeverafter!!

I'll stick with my OCD workbook, alot of information. Also remember that OCD is a chronic disorder meaning you'll never fully recover

I wish I saw this earlier. I paid $400 to meet with her weekly for a month. She promised to provide 24/7 support through text. I have sent her three texts but no response lol. Her method makes sense to me. What are some other shady things about her? I need to know to protect myself

just everything she does is super unethical. no one should be providing erp without proper training.

can you give an example when she gives assurance on her videos? Have you worked with her? Thanks for the warning.

there’s a lot of reassurance in her q&a videos

@zoya ACAB Oh ok. I have never watched those q&a videos. What about the other videos like the one where she gives tips on how to overcome OCD? I thought some of them are good.

@zoya ACAB Have you worked with her? I am doing erp with her now. maybe I should quit. I saw a licensed OCD psychologist before but that didn't help me much so I am desperate for some help

@Sunflower 1234 i don’t exactly remember each time she said something harmful but i do remember her saying that people with pure o don’t need to do exposures and that imaginary exposures aren’t good. some of her videos r helpful but it doesn’t matter how good she is, no one should be giving therapy if they’re not licensed. it’s like if one of us on this app went around saying we could treat everyone

@zoya ACAB I agree with you. She also over promised a lot. Like I said she told me I could text her any time for support after our first session. I texted her 3 times but no response. Noone should waste their money on her. I LL ask for a refund. Doubtful I LL get it

@Sunflower 1234 yeah unfortunately i thought about getting help from her too at one point when i was extremely hopeless but i lost my respect for her when i found out she wasn’t licensed

@zoya ACAB She just cares about money. During my first session with her I could tell she didnt care to get to know my struggles.

@Sunflower 1234 that’s so terrible i’m so sorry you had to deal with that. i knew she was all about the money when she started having members only q&a sessions on youtube which requires that you become a member of her channel for $5 a month. it’s ridiculous
