U feel this urge to search gay things for example i go to the instagram search bar and i get this thought what if you search #gay or #lgbt or anything related to that and i wnd up doing when i go to porn sites to test myself i get this thought or urge to go to the gay category and i end up doing it i dont watch gay porn but i watched a gay erotic scene today and i got hard from it and still feel arousal when i think about it please can anyone tell me is this normal or am i just in denial?

Urges are complusions you engaged in complusions. Porn is never good to watch in general. The fact that u wanted to "check" or "test" is a compulsion. I never got hard but i get these sensations almost like I was about to which makes me so disturbed.

You know what... search up on youtube... "they call me jesse" he talks about homosexual OCD eveything you need to know. I'm on the same boat of HOCD. I'm 22 i always been attracted to girls physically and emotionally and all of sudden i get intrusive thoughts of ideas of being gay or what if im attracted. I got nothing against gay people nor lesbians but that's not who i am so the fact that all of sudden i find dudes attractive bothers me the fact that it bothers me probably makes it even worst and not only that paradoxically. Me personally when i watch porn i go straight automatically and i enjoy the females i wasnt trying to test or check gay porn i never even seen it nor do i want to.

I do get weird sensations and tingly feelings in my groin when intrusive thoughts pop up. Probably I'm in a way trying to "check" which makes me hyper aware but i notice a differece when im actually aroused by girls. Also TMI when I was 14 Injured my groin by doing this stupid thing, eversince I had erection problems and at that time never had ocd or gay thoughts never had that. So now that I have HOCD it FEELS like i can get an erection easily which i know is bullshit

Porn addiction, get rid of that bro. I replased yesterday to one during it i didnt think any gay thoughts but still porn isnt a good place in general its too addictive and destructive
