Thanks haha, I was just sharing my experience for others around me!
Not to reassure you
I think one thing to remember is that accepting uncertainty is not a 50/50 chance of something happening. It's more like a 99.99/.01 chance it won't happen. The black and white thinking our brains are so good at always distorts things and makes them seem scarier than they are. Still, accepting and learning to live with the uncertainty is important.
