😭😭😭 I’ve been with him for 10 years! I don’t wanna end my relationship!!! I hate it’s making me remember every single time I’ve doubted him! I hate my head I hate myself!! The one person I care about more than anyone in the world is leave!! 😭😭😭 I hate this year!!! 😭😭😭😭

@Mandy7710 I hate this year too The pandemic has worsened this and I am in a long distance Your relationship worked for ten years, so see Nothing has happened yet. We should not feel guilty and fight the thoughts with compulsions Let's do erp well and make our mind understand that it's worrying about things that haven't happened yet

Have any of you done erp, forced the expected behaviors of a healthy relationship during the erp, and eventually started having consistent romantic feelings again? I just can’t force things. I talk to my non-ocd friend and they just say “yea if you don’t feel anything then you shouldn’t be with him.” For me it was difficult because I was lacking feeling from the start, but still became sooooo attaches and would cry whenever we’d try to split. We have once again split and I hate that I am dealing with grief if it wasn’t real. People say you can grieve even if it’s just a good attachment. But I’ve never grieved so hard in my life. I hate this

I had romantic feelings last which felt amazing. But he was asleep. I cuddled next to him to make me feel better. Before all this I always had romantic feelings 😞 I’m attached to my partner which scares me bc I get worried that’s the only reason I’m with him. I’ve never been treated at all.

@Mandy7710 Whenever my therapist sends me a worksheet which has such thoughts like what would happen if you give up and all I freeze.

@nimziewd That sounds like erp. The fact that this scares u is proof that it’s your thoughts. I’ve numb myself to the point we’re I don’t feel anxiety. My other friend said she’s confused bc I wouldn’t be cry so much about him and cuddle with him if I wasn’t in love with him. Right now I am blinded. I heard u can have ROCD for years and not realize it if you never got it properly treated.

@Mandy7710 Even I don't feel anxiety since a week now It's like I have thoughts and I am afraid but because there is no anxiety I feel that thoughts r more convincing

@nimziewd I understand... I still cry randomly.. I have unwanted thoughts. I know I love him a lot. I am hoping to be put on medication to help me deal with this. I’m really depressed still as I don’t like to socializing with friends and family. Even now I test myself about if I’m in love with him or not. I was help I felt a random spark of love for him where I could say I am in love with him. It’s just really hard for me to believe it’s not me right now though. I still find him sexually attractive. I just hate how I feel and think when we make love. I started crying when we last made love. 😞

I’m cuddling with his flannel again bc I feel comfortable with it.
