I recently found out about comphet and what's the difference between hocd or being in denial or having comphet. I'm really anxious about all this and I just don't know anymore.

I haven’t had crushes in years previous to having hocd, but I knew i was straight All of this seems so stupid, all those details , the bs we search online, you have only yourself to ask for the truth, not the internet

That's true but sometimes the things I read about lgbt people relate to things about myself and it makes me worry and get so confused and anxious because I just don't know

i would reccomend doing more research into comphet, especially listening to lgbt peoples experience with overcoming it, if you just found out about it
