Sending you so much love. You made some difficult decisions, but you made them carefully and with love, including self-love, which is absolutely essential. Remember that your hormal changes can greatly affect your mental health. As they balance and as you keep fighting, you can and will get back on track in recovery. Please don’t give up. Even if you don’t feel like fighting all the time and need to just veg for a little, don’t totally snuff out that hope and drive. I’m rooting for you, and so is my dog! Glad you have a good and supportive partner, and glad you have a sweet dog for snuggles. 💜

You might be right as my pregnancy symptoms started to disappear my OCD skyrocketed... Anyway thank you so much for your words trying to stay positive, trying to find motivation because I of course went out of therapy and exposures routines for weeks as I was experiencing some severe pregnancy symptoms and felt like in a limbo, literally between two worlds. I need to get back in track just don’t feel like it right now... had a nap with my little 🐶 she is the best Love to you and your dogzie
