It is possible because those with autism are more likely to have mental health issues.

Thanks for answering. I think first symptoms of mine was autism in kindergarten . I hated tags , I had meltdowns everytime I had to wear something uncomfortable, with adhd as a child I was restless I never knew what I feel I always was saying " I don't know" , with OCD I just ruminate when I'm anxious and looking for reasurance and bipolar 2 cause since I'm a teenager I have years of depression and then few less years of feeling like extrovert cured from being introverted. And then again depression which I think is hypomania.

@Jamarceline I mean this feeling of extroverted being cured from being introverted is hypomania. I'm curious about other stories

Buy a DSM-5 diagnostic manual for mental disorders and do the work yourself

I know I have OCD and am likely on the spectrum. I know comorbidity is likely because parts of the brain tend to compensate and be out of wack. But I also know having ocd I’m a hypochondriac. There was one point I thought I had bipolar but have seen several psychiatrists who did not say I did.

Look I did the same thing. One day i have bi-polar the next day its Cyclothymia. The next day its hypomania. The brain will go on and on if you dont start controlling that sneaky devil. I did buy a DSM-5 but i also read other books which connects the dots. The dot that hit the mark was a book by Jerfferey Schwartz “Brain Lock” four-step model to self recovery. He will tell yoy exactly what to do when the next time you want to self diagnose your own brain. In the mean time try to have some compassion for not being perfect and ask yo ur higher power to help you help yourself. In time you will see the correlations. If your atheist then ask the universe or whatever but its too powerful for you alone. Accept and surrender this its too much for you. Trust me brother

@Anonymous Yeah I believe in law of attraction and karma and I think doctors sometimes are wrong and you know you and your body better . For example for 2 years I was living with constant pain on my face and eye and couldn't find a doctor who would find reason of my pain but deep down I knew its from my tooth . And I went on multiple appointments within this 2 years and 3 dentists,2 larygologists and one oculist and one allergologist . All couldn't find source of my pain so finally I decided to lie to new dentist that my tooth hurt and he did me an endodontic treatment and I have no pain since then.

@Jamarceline Well real physcial pain is a whole different than phantom pain. If your tpoth hurt its expected that your face would too because its connected to nerves no? The issue is did you obsess about it after you had the endodontic treatment?

@Anonymous Noo. I stopped obsessing when my tooth was cured. I just mean that doctors sometimes are wrong.

The thing is that my tooth didnt hurt just my face and eye that's why doctors couldn't find what's that .
