@Ihateocd83 Hey man, your sexuality is not the cause of your intrusive thoughts.... OCD is jus intrusive because your brain is not capable of functioning correctly... you obsess because you just have OCD. That's a little bit of reassurance 🙈 but its fact based 🤷‍♂️

@coolpop Cheers mate. It seems my brain is at this denial stage i just keep thinking of men and myself being with them. Its so upsetting. I just dont know whats reality and whats not 😞

Can i ask what medication you take mate ?. Im on flouxetine have been for years. Well for 16 years then came off it for 3 months now im back on it and still really struggling 😞

@coolpop Im currently doing cbt. And i have been refered to the mental health team. I dont know if my medication has stoped doing the trick. Did you read all my comments im so worried im gay
