We’re here for you!!! Have you tried any ERP on your own? It’s the most effective treatment for OCD. If you possibly can, try to see if insurance could cover the costs of being diagnosed and getting treatment because getting professional treatment, especially from an OCD therapist, will help you much faster.

i've tried self-erp though i think im still not educated enough to do it by myself at that time which is the reason (i think) i didn't get any process, i will try again soon since i've known more about erp now. also it's different here in my country i don't think they have stuff like that :/ but thank u so much !! hope u have a nice day :D

@lypc 🌼 Hey lypc, I’m trying to join the server but it’s not working for me. I typed the invite in just right, but it’s stuck loading. I can access other servers just fine, tho... is the invite link expired?
