@lypc š¼ I'm so sorry, if it helps, you know who you are, and when you get OCD you get uncomfortable with your thoughts, like you may have just did, (and I'm so sorry for being the cause :()

@lypc š¼ I don't know if this will help, but it always cheers me up a bit https://youtu.be/thOcsZaOEUw I just wanna say again I'm so sorryā¹

@Jo I donāt think youāve got to apologize for unintentionally triggering someone. Being triggered is something we have to learn to handle effectively as part of living with the disorder. Itās great youāre conscious of other peopleās emotional experience, and it isnāt like you set out with that intention, so you donāt have to feel responsible for it.

@NOCD Advocate - Carl Cornett That's true, but for me I dont wanna leave someone with nothing once they're triggered, but I agree with you. I'm just apologizing to make sure this person is okay. :)

If youāre still trying to check if youāre actually gay or not, itās a compulsion.

@Jo Ruminating, checking, comparing, analyzing and asking for reassurance (āIs this OCD?ā) are all compulsions.
