I'm sorry I've been here and it is hard. My therapist told me that when people don't have OCD they don't worry as much or it's easier for them to get answers. I told my friend about my ocd and shes like well just try things out or how will you figure it out? Our friends are trying to help but when you have OCD it just sends you down a rabbit hole. I think practicing uncertainty with this, noticing the feelings and not labeling or judging them is the best thing because you do have ocd! I know that is hard to do I'm still struggling but engaging and checking and trying to figure it out just blows the OCD up
