I feel like I’m only turned on by sex with women. I had sex yesterday with my husband and it was awful I literally dissociated I had so much anxiety

@wellwellwell i’ve been there. i never was scared about having sex with my boyfriend just scared i would like sex more with a girl and my advice is to just relax. your relationship isn’t going anywhere and you love him deeply. the last time me and my boyfriend had sex it was painful because i was so tense and i really didn’t get wet. if there isn’t sufficient lubrication then use lube! take it slow. maybe nows the time to seriously just take it slow and not expect a certain amount of arousal from sex.

well looking at a hard penis or thinking about it going in me doesn’t turn me on 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is something that's really panicked me ( I'm a woman) that really I don't find penises that arousing. It's even hard for me to type. Like the actual having sex part yes, but now I even feel like I'm questioning that. My therapist says the OCD expects us to always have certain feelings all the time so if we can't produce it, in our heads its proof that this is all true. I feel like the feelings I'm having for women are just getting stronger too. Today I feel so fed up that I'm just labeling it all as OCD. I can't take it anymore and being bullied by this. I try every other way and it's not working. It sounds like you aren't feeling anything because you are so worried whether you are going to feel something or not that it's not producing arousal. I totally get it and I'm in the same boat
